However, we always obtain a copy of the suitability report that has been prepared by your financial advisor and we will endeavor to ensure that they have discussed the key issues with you. If it becomes clear that your advisor has not covered an important area, we will get back in touch with them to ensure they do so.
If you are entering into an equity release scheme direct with the lender we would strongly advise you seek advice from a financial advisor with relevant experience and expertise. We may be able to offer some of the specialist advice you require or recommend and advisor who can assist - please call us for more details.
As soon as we have all of the signed documentation on file we can then discuss completion dates and make arrangements to draw down the funds in good time. It is our aim to complete at whatever pace you want us to.
