Cost - Fee Scales
Fee scales for our services:
If you come to our office:
- Basic legal fee for freehold lifetime mortgage: £345 + VAT
- Basic legal fee for freehold home reversion: £445 + VAT
Home Visit
Fee charged on a sliding scale based on distance from the nearest office but the figure is capped at £150 + VAT*
Additional Fees
There may be situations where an extra charge is made over and above the basic legal fee. These include, but are not limited to, the following:-
