Our equity release service
Experienced, high quality lawyers with appropriate equity release expertise can be hard to find. At Equishield we are aiming to put this right.
To build confidence, we try and meet all of our clients face to face wherever possible. If they can;t come to us, we can arrange a home visit. Alternatively, we can arrange for them to see an agency solicitor in their locality who will witness the legal documents.
Every client receives a free introductory pack with a a summary of the pros and cons of equity release and the different products on the market. We undertake a detailed telephone 'fact find' on instruction to ensure that all key areas have been discussed - including the impact on welfare benefits, tax considerations and alternative products. We will only work on regulated products supplied or recommended by SHIP members.
Our service is also backed up with a free helpline for clients and brokers alike.
